- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Publish forward-looking thought leadership in industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (include 3 examples)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or foresight
- Experience with AI/ML implementation in strategic planning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
