- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts and ethical implications
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and large-scale stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
