- Conduct research and publish thought leadership content on emerging trends and their implications.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and partners to stay ahead of the curve.
- Advise executive leadership on strategic decisions based on future outlooks and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of anticipating and leveraging emerging trends to drive business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and other futures research methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, biotech, and quantum computing.
