Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and future-state roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Advise on emerging tech integration (AI, quantum, biotech) into corporate strategy
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
