Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of delivering future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
