Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops to align cross-functional teams on future vision
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Thrives in ambiguity and demonstrates intellectual curiosity across disciplines
