Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and keynote speeches on future-of-work transformations
- Oversee venture scouting for breakthrough technologies aligned with 2026 vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
