Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for climate adaptation and AI governance
- Design neuro-technology integration protocols for human augmentation
- Conduct trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of disruptive innovations
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio for pilot programs
- Present at Davos and global futurist summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and ESG metrics
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision initiatives
- Certification in Systems Thinking (e.g., MIT)
