Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal megatrends
- Build scenarios for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Advise on ethical implications of innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
