Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for quantum-AI convergence applications
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and innovators
- Author white papers on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or space tech
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at TED, Davos, or similar
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-vision projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
