Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across multiple industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for investment opportunities
- Present strategic insights to boards and senior leadership with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
