Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Create strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities aligned with future market demands
- Produce executive-ready futurist reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Analyze global geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting industry evolution
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurist focus
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing C-level foresight presentations
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
