Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and disrupt threats
- Analyze exponential technology trends to inform product development pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation frameworks
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects with measurable impact
