Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Design and implement cross-functional R&D frameworks for emerging markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into 5-year product lifecycles
- Author thought leadership pieces on sustainable innovation and ethical technology
- Lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry collaborators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation/futurism journals
