- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using proprietary Foresight Intelligence Platform
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused strategy work (whitepapers, reports, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed corporate environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
