Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications read by 50K+ industry stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into billion-dollar opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier business platforms
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful enterprise transformation projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Teach the Future)
