Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and manage a network of futurists and academic researchers
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurism
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies
