Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) for market applicability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to transform futuristic concepts into MVPs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
