This pivotal role reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and will drive our 2026-2030 strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/science trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future-proof frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with published thought leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Strong data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Signal Vine)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
