Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Design innovation roadmaps translating future insights into R&D priorities and market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder communications on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed foresight into product development lifecycles
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making and investor relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with proven track record of translating insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics) shaping 2026+
