Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on exponential technology convergence and societal implications
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience developing policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate)
