Responsibilities
- Architect and execute horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using AI-driven analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future intelligence to executive boards and investors through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive organizational culture transformation through foresight training and innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-driven strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-technical systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
