Responsibilities

- Develop adaptive innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate engineering
- Lead cross-functional workshops with CTOs and policy makers to align on future-proofing strategies
- Author predictive white papers on metaverse economics, AGI governance, and sustainable resource allocation
- Architect scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate volatility impacts on tech ecosystems
- Manage venture scouting for frontier technologies in synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic foresight findings at global innovation summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, AGI development, and climate engineering domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (CFP) or Technology Innovation Management
