Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership
- Design innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Quantify future market impacts through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum technology forecasting
- Executive-level presentation skills with data visualization expertise
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with Delphi method, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., APF, WFS)
