Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead high-impact workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for Fortune 500 clients
- Design prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong portfolio of implemented futuristic solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) required
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Unity)
- Published work in innovation or futurism publications
