Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and future-of-work paradigms
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Adv executive teams on innovation portfolio allocation and R&D prioritization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
