Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity tracking and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and societal transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and biotech convergence trends
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3+ year strategic implementation outcomes
- Ability to synthesize geopolitical, economic, and technological disruption signals
