Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models and innovation pipelines
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and predictive briefings for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist experts, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for emerging technologies
- Advose on governance frameworks for ethical deployment of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management strongly preferred
