Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to allocate resources toward high-impact future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
