Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, market shifts, and societal changes to forecast 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-proof business models
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term technological trajectories
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Drive culture of innovation through internal thought leadership and trend-education initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting, strategic planning, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, metaverse) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into coherent narratives
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (articles, whitepapers, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
