Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused opportunities
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging business models and disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in trend analysis, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
