Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption timelines (2026-2030)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future industry shifts
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision briefings to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in translating foresight into actionable R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology disruptions with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
