- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Champion ethical innovation principles in AI and automation deployment
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for long-term competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) implications
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops on disruption and transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) required
