Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough product/service concepts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable development roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains preferred
