Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and pilot programs

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or trend-based strategies
