Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year horizon foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential technology impacts (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adapting to 2026 societal shifts
- Produce scenario-planning models for human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Author thought leadership publications read by C-suite executives and policymakers
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Advocate ethical tech deployment frameworks at industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in innovation strategy with Fortune 500/Big Tech (FAANG preferred)
- Published futurist work with >10k+ readership (white papers, books, TED talks)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed initiatives
