- Partner with product teams to integrate AI ethics frameworks into next-gen platforms
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on biotech and neurotech convergence
- Curate global innovation ecosystems through industry partnerships and academic alliances
- Drive R&D investment decisions using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Lead the 'Future of Work' initiative for decentralized organizational structures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
