You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while championing a culture of radical experimentation and ethical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with 10x impact potential
- Develop future-proof business models and competitive advantage frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire transformative startups
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CIP)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
