Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry conferences and policy forums
- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics across organizational domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios
