Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and visualizations that inform executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies domains
