- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with Nobel laureates and startup incubators
- Translate foresight into patentable IP and commercialization frameworks
- Present trend analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Author the annual 'Future State' report distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts in predictive modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (CFP preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 100 or unicorn-scale tech firms
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized future-focused initiatives
- Proficiency in trend analysis platforms (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights)
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Public speaking record at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
