- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps translating future scenarios into actionable product and service strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business functions
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs fostering experimentation with future-facing technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption patterns
- Lead scenario planning workshops for organizational resilience in rapidly evolving markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
