Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with futurists, engineers, and ethicists
- Anticipate global megatrends and translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Design exponential growth frameworks for emerging market disruption
- Curate and host exclusive Future Summits with industry pioneers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech disruption, quantum computing
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (required)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
