- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a network of academic, industry, and government innovation partners
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies with emphasis on ethical implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact assessment models
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
