Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Pioneer research methodologies for trend forecasting and technology adoption modeling
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and trend forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight (articles, patents, books)
