Responsibilities
- Forecast market and technology trends through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio published trend reports or innovation strategy documents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) preferred
