Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to map 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite clients across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into prototyped solutions
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
