- Design innovation frameworks for R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Facilitate executive workshops on strategic foresight and risk mitigation
- Build cross-functional partnerships to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or future scenario reports
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and trend analysis tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence
