- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and translate into actionable strategies
- Establish innovation governance frameworks and KPI measurement systems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
