Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future trends into annual strategic planning cycles
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Curate and manage relationships with global futurist networks and academic research institutions
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or transformational innovation projects
